Karen Boyer is the founder and principal of Karen Boyer Art Advisory. The daughter of a sculptor, she brings a lifelong connection to art along with her background as a lawyer and hedge fund executive.
Since founding her advisory practice in 2010, Karen has worked with individuals and families, from those making their first acquisitions to experienced collectors refining and expanding their collections. Drawing on relationships built over more than two decades, she provides access to works and opportunities that aren’t always publicly available, along with market insight and candid advice throughout the collecting process.
Karen studied at UC Berkeley, the Sorbonne and Fordham Law School and has been featured in numerous publications, including The New York Times, Bloomberg, Barron’s, artnet News and Vanity Fair.
Based in Miami, Karen is in New York monthly and regularly in Los Angeles and Madrid.
