Simone Joseph founded SGJ Fine Art in 2011, a professional art advisory service headquartered in New York City for new and established private collectors, foundations, corporations and museums, across the United States and abroad. Simone specializes in the acquisition and sale of Post-War and Contemporary art, collection development and management, as well as select curatorial projects in art and design. Whether it is the genesis of a new collection, or the fine-tuning of an existing one, Simone is committed to the growth and management of each client’s interests, experience and goals.
Credentials
Simone is a native of Kansas City, MO, and has spent over thirty years working in the international art world. She built degrees in Art History and English Literature from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, into leadership roles in the New York City gallery world. Simone is USPAP compliant and a Member of the Appraisers Association of America.
