Art Institute of Chicago
The Art Institute of Chicago is one of the top institutions in the world; its world-class collection and exhibitions never cease to amaze me. The Willem de Kooning Drawing show is a tour de force.

Driehaus Museum
Driehaus is, in my opinion, the most important regional decorative arts museum in America. The building alone is magical, let alone the world-class setting. While visiting, explore Ink & Outrage: 18th-Century Satirical Prints in London & Dublin.

Wrightwood 659
Tadao Ando designed Wrightwood 659. The installation, architecture, and intimacy are spellbinding. See the incredible Statue of Athena, a Roman sculpture dated to 1st century CE.

Volume Gallery
The gallery highlights material-driven practices across disciplines, often featuring innovative artists. Their recent exhibitions on Joe Feddersen and Tanya Aguiñiga, and upcoming presentations of Christy Matson and Arina Erdélyi, show their dedication to craft.
